Evolving Since 1962
In the late 1950s, drawing on his automotive engineering experience, Dr Alex Moulton set out to redesign the bicycle, leading to the launch of the innovative F-frame Moulton in 1962. From the early 1980s Alex moved towards small-scale, high-quality production with the space-frame design, refining his original principles to improve comfort, handling and versatility, and establishing the Moulton as a highly capable performance and touring machine.
